JozefMarian Bańka (born February 27, 1934 in Nieszków, died July 7, 2019) - Polish philosopher, academic teacher, ordinary professor, habilitated doctor. JozefBańka 's scientific interests focused mainly on issues of metaphysics, history of philosophy and philosophical anthropology, philosophy of technology and ethics. He moved from considering the history of early positivism in Poland to issues related to the impact of modern technology on human personality. He treated these issues as postulates of the so-called euthyphronics (from Gr. euthyphron - simple), the principles of which he developed in his subsequent books. However, it seems that the key to understanding his philosophy and biography is precisely the idea of simplicity.
